Torrent Intrinsic Safe Torch
Using a 1 watt Osram Golden Dragon LED, the Torrent is your perfect work partner in high risk areas containing explosive vapours, highly flammable solids and liquids.
The Torrent features an escape valve to enable release of hydrogen gas build up in the body of the torch.
The screw set prevents batteries being changed out, or the housing inadvertently being opened in a hazardous environment.
It also has a simple 1 button On / Off operation and has a waterproof design.
The Torrent is helmet mountable, either clasped onto the peak of the helmet or using the 30mm slot.
There is no end to the types of industries the Torrent can be used in as it holds both Class 1 and Class 2 with Division 1 Classifications.
